Answer = Nuristan (earlier Kafiristan).
“Kafiristan” was a true and real, and not an imaginary land, and it was inhabited by what Islam refers to as “kafirs”, meaning infidels, such people as were unbelievers in Islam.  Kafiristan, in 1896, was also renamed as “Nurestan” (meaning the land of the enlightened; nur or noor means light).Nuristan, also spelled Nurestan or Nooristan,is one of the 34 provinces of Afghanistan. It was formerly known as Kafiristan ("land of the infidels") until the inhabitants were converted from a form of ancient Hinduism to Islam in 1895, and thence the region has become known as Nuristan ("land of illumination").
